David Adkins in Custody

LPD Officers took David Adkins into custody today.

LPD Officers and Detectives received multiple tips, and followed up on a large number of leads after requesting help from the public.  LPD Officers received information that David Adkins was located at 907 Rice.  Officers responded to the location located Mr. Adkins.  After searching the residence, he was found hiding in an attic.  Upon being confronted by officers, he surrendered without incident. 

Adkins was wanted for a Felony Rape warrant.  The Lima Police Department Detective Bureau is investigating the incident.
